Dota 2 losing streak mmr and autism
Currently on an 0-5 losing streak. Lost 8 our of my last ten games. Had to stop playing AD because I got last pick 3 times in a row. Feel like total ♥♥♥♥.
What do you guys do when nothing seems to go your way?
I don’t I just want to break a few russian faces to feel better but I can’t so I’m just mad.
I guess drugs can help to make pain go away.
Going from 3600 to 2900 and 85% because of russians WILL make you crazy, no medicine will help.
Hmm, I guess if you don’t want to take overdose you can also try Black Metal while playing.
Well, I do this in most games, but if we’re losing, and my team sucks, I just automatically stop caring. Not about the game, or feeding, but about my team.
Disregard tower pushing, get farm. Disregard team fights, get farm.
I can’t say how it effects my mmr as I just started using the visible one, and don’t even have a rating, however, it seems like that issue has went away on regular matchmaking. I almost never have a complete trash team, one I can’t carry, or a big streak. It’s much more even.
mmr is horrifying so far however.
- Don’t play when you’re feeling frustrated
- Try and keep in a good mood and encourage your team nomatter how good/bad they are
- Many games can be won/lost in the line-up, so pick towards the end and try to find the best clutch pick to perfekt your team composition/counter the enemy
- Don’t restrict yourself to one role, be versitile and pick accordingly
- Try and predict the lanes before the game starts
- Attempt to determine when your team is strong/weak vs when the enemy team is strong/weak and play accordingly
- Make sure you’re always carrying a tp
- Reflect after games on the areas you need to improve in and take steps to do just that, i. e. “I need to get better at controlling the lane equilibrium” or “I need to be more aware of the time for stacking etc”
- Never give up, bad games being completely turned around are really not that uncommon.
- Remember that losing streaks happen even to the best, so try to not to let it get you down, but rather play your best and stay motivated just as if you were winning the game

to sum it up
just chill, it gets better
you always need to put it in your mind that losing and winning happen one after another, you can’t always win and you won’t always lose
but in the game, if you know you are going to lose, lose with honor, dont lose while ♥♥♥♥♥ing on a feeder or russians etc, that way, you can still be a little proud of yourself, that’s what I do 🙂
