Best of the Best DotA 2 Heroes T-shirts

There are changing statistics of DotA 2 heroes every day. Pudge may be leading one day and Invoker the other day. I have analyzed and tried to determine consistency in concluding the best of the best heroes in DotA 2 (yes! I have searched on forums and DotA 2 wiki). And so here I am, ready to tell you something you are here for and make sure that next time you select a hero, you are well aware of DotA 2 heroes that are topping the charts.

DotA 2 players will understand!

Pudge – might be the most boring hero of DotA 2 but still he is the most common hero used by DotA players. Having a winning rate of 49.30% Pudge is the most probable choice of players. His signature ability is “Meat Hook” which demands both precision and correct timing, dragging back his enemy to him. To add more, he has that exclusive “Flesh Heap” power which provide him increased armor against the enemies.

Juggernaut – with a winning rate of 54.15% he is topping the charts and has replaced Pudge quite a few times in rankings. He is an agility hero with immense powers of sprinting towards the enemy and become ever devastating with his multiple sharp blades.

Invoker – he is a range intelligence hero and is considered difficult to master due to his large range of around 14 exclusive powers. Some of his notable powers are Exort, Wex and Quas.

Sniper – with a winning rate of 51.20% he is also the most probable choice of DotA players. With abilities like head shot, take aim and shrapnel, he is lethal for his enemies.

Techies – he falls under ranged intelligence heroes and is known for laying deadly traps with the help of mines and suicide attacks in which they explode causing immense damage to the opposition.

Axe – a “strength hero” known for taunting his enemies and then fighting back furiously with counter helix that slashes all enemies in a single strike. He is infamous for creating panic in a battle.

Phantom Assassin – popular in causing immense damage in single strikes. Her exclusive phantom strike ability enables her to initiate and escape cleverly. She ranks 7 th in the best of the best DotA 2 heroes with a winning rate of 49.56% to the present date.

Slark – he is an agility hero known best for lashing at enemies heroes with some of the fastest speeds and hinder their escape completely. He can also steal attributes and remain undiscovered for a short time with abilities like ultimate and shadow dance.

Riki – he is a stealth assassin. With abilities like permanent invisibility he can hide and surprise his enemies with a brutal stealth kill. For most of the DotA players who like sneaking around with enemy heroes, Riki is the best choice.

Mirana – she is an agility hero known for surprising and chasing her enemies till they die. Her trademark ability include “sacared arrow” which stuns her opponents with high precision. She is been nick named as huntress by some of the diehard DotA 2 players.

What are your favorite heroes in DotA 2? Am I missing someone? Do tell me in comments.

What’s a Twitch Overlay?

Twitch Overlays are graphics, animations or tools that are displayed in a stream over the actual content (game or video) during a live broadcast. These Overlays, also called Stream Overlays or Stream Templates, are usually graphics (.JPG,.PNG) or animations (.GIF,.WEBM) that are added via streaming software such as OBS (Open Broadcaster Software), Streamlabs OBS or XSplit. Our graphics can be used with streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, Facebook, Huya or others.

How do I add a Twitch Stream Overlay (with OBS)?

A Twitch Stream Overlay can easily be added to your stream. No matter if you use OBS, Streamlabs OBS (SLOBs), StreamElements or other tools, our products can be used and added everywhere. In this tutorial, we will show you how: https://www. own3d. tv/obs-tutorial-for-twitch-youtube/

Do you also offer Custom Twitch Overlays?

We have already created many Custom Twitch Overlays for customers. Currently, it’s not possible to order them via the shop. If you are interested in a Custom Twitch Overlay, please contact our support and send us a message. But please be aware: The creation of a Custom Stream Overlay Package in our usual quality with matching panels, banners, etc. usually takes about 2-3 days. This means at an already low hourly price a few hundred Euros for custom work for complete stream designs.

How can I create a Twitch Overlay myself?

You haven’t found a matching product or don’t have enough money to buy one? Then you can try it yourself. There are many tutorials on YouTube that show you how to create a Twitch Overlay yourself. But please keep in mind: In our teamwork professional designers and illustrators. The effort for a complete stream design is often several days despite the professionalism and speed. So do you really want to create it yourself, or do you buy the SET for a really fair price and can download it directly, add it and start streaming? Your decision!

Does own3d. tv also offer free Twitch Overlays?

Yes, even though we are specialized in premium products, most of the time there are some free Twitch Overlay Templates available for download here. Why we don’t offer all products for free: With our online shop we enable artists and passionate gamers to live from their dream. Compared to the effort of creating a product, you can buy it at a reasonable and fair price in the shop. By purchasing one of our products, you are helping gamers to live their passion.

Is there a Twitch Overlay Maker or Generator?

No, unfortunately, we don’t currently offer a Twitch Overlay Maker or Generator. But if you are looking for an Avatar, have a look at our Avatar Maker!

Where can I find a “Stream Starting Soon Overlay”?

Stream Starting Soon Overlays or banners are available as a package in each of our Ultimate and Monster Packages. As single products, you can find them here.

Is it possible to stream without stream graphics?

Yes, you can stream without stream graphics, but a professional stream design can help to set your own stream apart from the many thousands of other streamers. Many professionals show how valuable the graphics, emotes and badges are for their community building. We don’t know anyone who has used professional design once and then ever wanted to stream without it again.

I played my first match as bounty hunter but i lost 😦

Nevertheless he is a fun hero and i couldn’t believe the amount of gold i had even after so many deaths.

Now i need some tips about the following:-

1.Why Battlefury?? My team-mates were spamming “bobo no battlefury bh noob”.So can someone tell me how does a battlefury help a single target ganker??

2.How to track someone across the map?? Someone died while pushing a tower and blamed me that i didnt track him. I was in jungle much far away. I told them that i was too far and it couldn’t be done. But they told me that it could be done and i was noob.

3.How to 1v5?? My team-mate was dying from a 5 man gank and i was there invisible. I wanted to help, but i knew it would mean instant death as they had silences and stuns. Even my invis was on cooldown. So how to fight 1v5??

4.How to track an invisible unit?? I know that whenever riki attacks i can track him since he becomes visible for a short time. But how to track someone i can’t see?? Team told that it could be done.

Sorry it may seem like noob questions even after i’ve played 800h but i never played bounty before so i guess i was bad 😦

More questions coming soon.

My score was 7/6

Assuming you are serious,
1. BF is usually bad.
2-4. impossible.

Assuming you are serious,
1. BF is usually bad.
2-4. impossible.

I am quite serious. So were they trolling??

I usually max Shuriken first and get 2 levels of invisibility, then alternate crit and invis. I prefer INT Power Treads to Phase, because they give you some extra mana for shurikens, and a speed boost from Phase is pretty redundant since Bounty already has 2 sources of extra movespeed. I get Urn if no one else gets one, then Medallion if it’s not too late. After/instead of Medalllion, I usually buy Orchid and Desolator (in an order that makes sense). Linken is a good pickup for late game, or BKB if you prefer that. Linken is better stat-wise though. Don’t forget to exchange your Power Treads for Boots of Travel. The last slot can be filled by any situational item you want, MKB or Butterfly or even a Rapier, though I’d rather not risk.

Even i think that phase is not good because you have to constantly go invis and the phase and invis dispel each other.

I went for a sange and yasha, is that good?? BH was running like a boss.

Also, i had kept a casual orb of venom in my inventory to stack it with the jinada slow and prevent blink dagger. Is upgrading orb to skadi necessary??

I bought vladimirs cos i figured i would be using unique modifiers. is vlads good??Cos other lifesteal stuff are unique modifiers.

Also, in what order should i use the skills if i have a medallion??

I did the following:- Medallion=>Track=>Invis=>Hit with jinada=>Shuriken=>Medallion.

Leshrac is a viable, good hero

haha so funny xDdddDddDddddd im rolling on the floor laughing rn good shit good shit 👌😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

leshrac is ok
Krappa bws triggered

Man I miss lesh mid, higher skill ceiling then necro atleast

Want to hear a joke?

Undying in 2017 OMEGALUL

dota 2 is still a thing!

ppl who pick gyro/lesh/slark in ranked make me wanna off myself

Gyro is good, its been 2 years since someone played him, people dont know what the hero does

i know exactly what he does

yeah guess what stats dont fucking lie 99% of the people picking np in 5k are straight awful and lose games for their team

way to “disprove” me, like you should give one tenth of a shit about tournament picks over winrate in pubs

A lot of people pick NP for jungle when they dont get the core role, thus those stats are quite biased.
I dont have a lot of practice with NP but I think if ur macro is good and know when u can pick it offlane and not get punished, you can easily carry the game by early ganks with your W, killing couriers and cutting waves/splitpushing.

when you sort by offlane np has 47% winrate in 5k

yeah if you play np really well the heroes good but guess what people play like goons, if they just picked pitlord or nyx or some goon hero they could have 53% winrate for free

I think if we could split 5-6k and 6k+, it would be above 50% or at least higher in 6k+

Crying while looking at my nyx 47% wr 😦

dude i love nyx so muhc

any offlaner that hits 6 and kills ppl is my jam

thats why i like nyx/cw this patch and my old favorite was off void

Teach me your ways 😀
I also like the hero a lot. When I used to play him, I often secured early kills on all lanes, got a lot of items yet I felt that I cant do much late game if my 1 and 2 make some bad moves. I felt like Im having low impact and nyx is more of a support hero now, rather than offlane

idk i win somehow :V

some of its probably luck but the hero does so much damage to int cores from such a range and has like 6 seconds of aoe stun with blink+aghs, you can long range stun from burrow with ridiculously low cd

if my team gets an early lead we usually dont throw, plus nyx helps a lot with scouting, interrupting tps, and can save ppl sometimes because he has so much cc

it helps that i usually pick him against pugna and necro and u can almost solo win by just bashing your head against the w key

Huskar does not suck

huskars obnoxiously good with ppl who pick lich/oracle/omni

its so triggering to play against

Huskar is much fun
Like legit everyone in my bracket is like “waaah huskar is the easiest hero BabyRage” and all it does is make me lmao
Coming out of fights with 50 hp and winning every time = no skill SeemsGood

Actually it’s so funny, cuz huskar is the definition of a hero who sucks in low MMR where people don’t know when to pick and how to play and yet has a 53% Winrate in 5k+ cuz people actually play him well and pick him well

nehaviour score works well because it puts people who have similar playstyles against one another

except for people for grief and feed from minute 0 are apparently behaved the same way as people who just abandon games they do not really feel like finishing

similar playstyles my ass

i mean who r u to determine if games r worth finishing?
idk all im saying is, who r u to force a specific outcome on ur teammates and even the enemy?

idk all im saying is, who r u to force a specific outcome on ur teammates and even the enemy?

one of the 10 players playing the game

when my safelane carry destroys his items and afks in base, you can bet your ass I will abandon if I am playing a support
when my teammate NP starts tping to the enemy fountain, you can bet your ass I don’t want to finish that game
when my io support griefs me but I am the hard carry I will still try to keep up and win but in the end even that game is something I should have abandoned

stupid me for staying for almost an hour of suffering, trying to reason with a griefer

what people don’t realize is that time is a finite resource, and time spent trying to win games that your teammates have decided they don’t want to win (and will do everything for the contrary) is already wasted

I wanted to play dota, not a griefing simulator, i barely get any reports, I get a fuckton of commends and I don’t flame people in general (I even mute ragers and flamers), so how is abandoning games your teammates don’t want to win equivalent to people who grief from minute 0? Valve thinks it is. I don’t think so.

Here are the winners of Valve’s $24 million 2017 International Dota 2 Championships

The winner of the 2017 International Dota 2 Championships, or TI7, is EU team Liquid, who in addition to the Aegis of Champions will also take home a $10.8 million prize. Their opponents, Chinese team Newbee, will receive more than $3.9 for its second place finish.

Liquid beat Newbee in a dominant 3-0 set in TI7’s final best of five series.

Both Newbee and Liquid delivered a strong performance at The International beginning in the group stages, securing their respective slots in the upper bracket of this week’s Main Event. Each were considered a favorite in the tournament before TI began, but once the main event got underway, the two teams’ paths diverged.

Newbee managed to play its way through the entirety of TI7’s upper bracket, culminating in a shocking upset against odds-on tournament favorite and fellow Chinese team LGD. Forever Young in the upper bracket final. This secured Newbee a guaranteed top two finish for TI7, and their nearly $4 million prize.

Liquid, meanwhile, dropped to the lower bracket of the tournament after the first round, and were forced to play facing elimination over the entire week. This proved a somewhat redemptive arc for the team, after a series of lower-than-expected results over the history of The International and an early exit last year. Liquid faced a number of teams in the lower bracket that were widely favored over the EU squad, including LGD. Forever Young, who sought a rematch against Newbee in the Grand Final after Friday’s loss.

In today’s lower bracket final, LGD. FY managed to win game one of the three game set, but appeared rattled after Liquid’s early underperformance was replaced by a near-turnaround for the team. Riding that momentum, Liquid took the next two games decisively, albeit in ways that called into question the team’s ability to take on the formidable Newbee lineup.

Liquid rode their lower bracket momentum into game one, which resulted in an early rout that went unchallenged for half an hour as the EU team ran over Newbee, in large part thanks to roaming offlane play of Ivan Borislavov “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov as Nature’s Prophet. In game two, an aggressive early game from Newbee earned the Chinese team a strong start, but key teamfights and stalling tactics on the part of Liquid allowed carry player Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi to recover and ultimately overwhelm Newbee.

As game three opened, Newbee faced the prospect of a second place finish, and changed their drafting strategy to favor early to mid-game push and objectives. Ultimately, however, Newbee proved unable to course correct, and ultimately fell to Liquid in straight sets.

Many fans had hoped that Newbee might become the first Dota 2 Organization to secure a second International title, to accompany the Aegis the team won in 2014 at TI4. Meanwhile, Liquid fans are likely ecstatic for team captain Kuro “KuroKy” Salehi Takhasomi, who has failed to place in the top six of the International since 2013, as a member of esports organization Alliance despite appearing at six of the seven Internationals.

A quick guide that runs you through the process of running the Dota performance test to help you understand what you might need to do to make the game run better on your system.

  • The console is where you will need to enter all the performance test related commands.
  • The console is also the window where all kinds of technical information related to the game will be displayed.
  • Every time you run a performance test, the game will close down the console and then reopen it when the performance is completed.
  • Each test will produce FPS results in the console. You can type ‘clear‘ in the console to remove previous results.
  • Alternatively you can Right Click > Save Log if you are using vconsole or use the ‘condump‘ command to save the current text in the console to a text file outs >

Now it’s time to run some performance tests. But before we begin .

  • The below mentioned scenarios are ‘examples‘ for running a performance test. If you want to run the test in a different situation, then feel free to do so. However, if you use a different scenario from the ones given below, then just mention it when you are submitting you performance test results.
  • Performance test runs some commands that are marked as cheats. So it is important to enable cheats on your lobbies for the test to run properly.

Let’s Begin!!

  • Start a ‘Hero Demo‘ of any hero you like.
  • Click on the arrow on the side bar to close the Demo Options panel in the demo.
  • Level up any skill to make sure the + icon disappears.
  • Pause the game.
  • Open the console. (Default hotkey: `)
  • Enter ‘exec_async perftest‘ to run the test.
  • You can Right Click > Save Log if you are using vconsole or use condump command mentioned above to save your test results in a text file.

  • Start a ‘Bot Game‘ from the Play Dota Menu.
  • Open the console and enter ‘sv_cheats 1‘ to enable cheats. Then close console.
  • Pick a hero and level up any skill to make sure the + icon disappears.
  • Run your hero to the center of the map (in the river between mid T1 towers) and wait for creeps to begin fighting.
  • Pause the game.
  • Open the console. (Default hotkey: `)
  • Enter ‘exec_async perftest‘ to run the test.
  • You can Right Click > Save Log if you are using vconsole or use condump command mentioned above to save your test results in a text file.

  • Create a ‘New Lobby‘ from the Play Dota Menu.
  • Before you load in to the game, make sure that “Enable Cheats” is turned on in your lobby settings.
  • Also make sure that option to Fill Bots in Empty Slots is turned on and that you are the only player in the lobby. Then start the game.

These are just three default scenarios where you can run the tests in. You can also run the tests in any other scenario. But be sure to note down the details of your scenario to better understand your results.

Once the test results are out, it is important to understand what they are so you can tweak your game accordingly to try and get better performance on your system.

Note: Remember that the test gives you an idea of how the game is running on your system but might not necessarily pin point what is causing your performance to go down.

  • First and foremost, check the Command Line part of your test results to see if there are any launch commands you do not wish to use. If there are, feel free to remove them.
  • Secondly, make sure that the Render System is what you want it to be. DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan or etc..
  • Thirdly, check if the Driver Name shows the GPU that you intend the game to run it on. If it isn’t, go to your GPU settings and allow Dota 2 to run on your graphics card. It is important to let your dedicated graphics GPU run Dota 2 for best performance.
  • Fourthly, Windows DVR feature is known to cause issues with many games including Dota 2. Turn it off if you haven’t already.
  • Lastly, Network Information is a great feature but it does come at a slight performance cost. If you are facing serious performance issues, try to turn it off if you don’t use it regularly.

You can try to identify your problems further by comparing results from Local Bot Games and Network Bot Games.

If you experience an issue in your network game, try watching a Replay of the moment you experience performance loss.

  • If the issue remains even while watching the replay, then it is a performance related issue.
  • If the issues does not remain when watching the replay, then you are most likely facing an issue with how your network is configured rather than the game itself. So you might want to look at solutions on the networking end to resolve your issue.

Replays are a great way to run performance tests and compare results as you can run tests on the same scenario using different settings.

You can turn off particular settings and run tests at the same time in a replay to see if that particular setting is causing your FPS to drop significantly.

The Dota 2 Performance Tests do not monitor your system conditions such as the GPU and CPU temperatures, fan speeds and etc. So if you have a system that may throttle due to heating during the execution of the tests might affect the results.

Additionally, any other setting (such as power profiles, system configurations) on your PC that might affect resources available for Dota will not be reflected in the results. These are solutions you will have to look outside of Dota. Pro invoker dota 2 replay unavailable

  • If you have manually increased the number of chat lines using dota_hud_chat_history_lines — then you are likely to face some FPS drop.

If you’ve done everything correctly, you should get a report log that has information like mentioned below.

The following data are select lines from the testing and NOT the entire result.

A comprehensive matchmaking system is an important factor in being able to enjoy playing Dota, regardless of which hero or role you prefer. Today’s update includes some engineering changes to the core matchmaking system to allow for bigger changes and better analytical capabilities. Over the next year, we’ll be spending more time focusing on various aspects of matchmaking such as intra-team balance, player conduct, new player experience, abusive behaviors, account buying, friend and teamplay aspects, high mmr matchmaking dynamics, and other issues in an effort to make the overall experience of playing Dota more fun for players of all levels. In this blog post we decided to drill deeper into the changes in today’s update and explain our thoughts.

Matchmaking involves various tradeoffs and our goal is to find the best balance between all the different factors. In order to help make progress on finding the right set of tradeoffs, today’s update includes a couple different experimental changes that will last until the end of the season. Close to the end of the season we’ll do a direct call for feedback on how the changes have worked out and use that feedback, along with data we are gathering in the meantime, to help inform the direction for the next season. We’ll also be working towards other features, such as better detection of smurfing and other abusive behaviors as the year progresses.

The first of these experiments is removing the concept of separate Solo and Party MMRs. We expect this to be the most controversial component in today’s update, as we’ve heard fair criticisms of it in the past. We can’t say that we are fully confident that this will end up being a good change either, so we’ll want to wait until the end of the season when we gather feedback and data on how it has played out after players have had a chance to absorb it. There are two major aspects with this change: 1) the teamplay and social aspect and 2) the value and correctness of the MMR value.

For the teamplay aspect: We think it is really crucial for you to not have a disincentive to play with your friends. The game currently overly emphasizes playing solo and establishes a strong social reward mechanism for this, which causes many players to prefer playing alone than with friends. We believe that bias has over time caused more negativity and unhappiness when playing Dota. How dota 2 mmr worksource Furthermore, Dota is a very teamplay heavy game and we want to consider that aspect a bit more strongly in the hierarchy of matchmaking values. We’ve considered other approaches to the friend and teamplay incentives, but they tended to do a poor job at making it feel actually rewarding to play with friends and only papered over the issue.

For the correctness of the MMR aspect: We recognize that there is a tradeoff here on the mmr data quality if the match has solo mmr numbers with party mmr numbers, however we feel that the impact of that data noise is much smaller than even we initially considered it to be early on and generally with how it is discussed online. Most of the issues related to this we think we can solve with better algorithms. Another common case is playing with a friend who has a higher mmr than you, expecting that it will cause your mmr to go higher. While that has been at least partly true in previous matchmaking system iterations, our most recent version does a fairly good job of addressing this. We have enough data to form matches that cause you to have an even chance to win by carefully choosing the opponents that have a similar makeup. At a base level, we think mathematically we are able to have high confidence that playing with a friend will not have a material effect on your average mmr value with a properly balanced matchmaker. We’ve done some testing to make sure this is true in advance of this update, however we know it’s likely there is more work to be done here and we’ll continue working on this aspect in the background during this experimental period.

Through our investigation into the topic of matchmaking volatility and how parties affect the game, we’ve noticed something that fans likely already know: players have very different comfort levels when playing core roles versus support roles. Some players perform really poorly when they play a role they are not used to, and in turn introduce a lot of volatility in the system for everyone by causing your MMR number to drift away from your actual skill level as well as causing imbalanced games.

So because of that, and because of our abiding love of having multiple MMR numbers, we are adding a new concept of Core and Support MMR numbers. In order to achieve this, we need to know what role you want to play in advance of the match being formed. So for this experimental update, we are moving the Ranked Roles feature to the base Ranked matchmaking and expanding on its capabilities. Now when you matchmake, you will have the option of selecting roles from position 1 through 5 (Safe Lane Core through Hard Support), including multiple selections. So if you like playing Mid or Offlane, you can select those two, or if you like playing Hard Support and Mid, you’ll be able to do that as well. You will be matched based on either your Core or Support MMR.

Each MMR type will also have its own leaderboard, and for the purposes of this short experimental period the existing rank will be applied as the initial rank for both Core and Support. If we end up keeping this feature in the future, there will be a separate calibration phase for each one.

These experimental changes will remain active for the rest of this season for you to try out. Sometime after The International concludes, we’ll issue a call for community feedback to help guide the next steps in our efforts to increase matchmaking quality for everyone. We hope to have your support and patience through this experiment as well as subsequent changes towards the path of making a better overall matchmaking system.

While we were initially going to release this change as part of the Summer Scrub update, the amount of significant underlying code changes required for this update introduces a lot of potential instability. So we are splitting the Summer Scrub update into two parts, this first part for a matchmaking rework, and the second part soon after for bug fixes and a few quality of life additions. We are expecting that we’ll have a lot of matchmaking related bugs to work through today, so please let us know if you run into any issues and make sure to include the matchid in your reports.

How dota 2 mmr worksource
